Purchases are generally final

Because Formary Works products are digital files delivered for immediate use, purchases are generally final.

Exceptions within 14 days

Within 14 days of purchase, a refund may be available in the following situations:

• A duplicate charge for the same purchase.
• A delivery failure that has not been resolved.
• Delivery that is materially incomplete.
• Any right to a refund required by law or by the platform the purchase was made on.

How to make a request

Email support@formaryworks.com with the purchase details and a description of the problem. Where a purchase was made through a marketplace, that marketplace's own policies and process also apply.
